o1 model is available to Tier 5 developers ($1,000+ spend, 30+ days account) with self-fact-checking, 6x the cost of GPT-4o, and improved programming/business performance, including function calling, developer messages, and image analysis
Realtime API upgrades to more efficient GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini models, lowers costs, adds WebRTC integration for better voice apps, and supports concurrent out-of-band responses for background tasks
OpenAI enhances developer tools with preference fine-tuning in the fine-tuning API and launches beta SDKs for Go and Java
